Refund and Returns Policy

 

At Apphiakart, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with an easy and transparent return and refund process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return a product under the following conditions:

  • Return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact

  • The item is not listed as non-returnable (e.g., innerwear, swimwear, personalized items, final sale products)


2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@apphiakart.com with your order ID and reason for return

  2. Our support team will guide you through the return process

  3. A pickup will be arranged or return instructions will be provided (based on your location)

Note: Returns may be subject to inspection and approval.


3. Refunds

a. Refund Method

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original method of payment or store credit, as per your preference.

b. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The product shows signs of use or is damaged by the customer

  • Any item is returned without original packaging or accessories


4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Lingerie, innerwear, or swimwear

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence


5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size or color issues, subject to availability. If the desired replacement is not available, you may choose between a refund or store credit.


6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective or wrong product, Apphiakart will bear the return shipping cost

  • For all other returns, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount unless otherwise specified


7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — however, you may initiate a return after delivery as per the policy.
